Age restrictions

It is against the law to sell or supply intoxicating substances to persons under 18 years of age in the UK. All customers must confirm prior to ordering their date of birth. Anyone under the age of 18 will not be allowed to place an order. If our delivery couriers are in doubt of the age of the recipient of an order they may request some form of ID. In the event that this is not satisfied they are not permitted to leave the wine.

Decanting Club subscriptions are activated by signing up to Direct Debit with our payment partner, GoCardless.

A Direct Debit is taken from your account each month, in advance of the wines being sent to you.

You can cancel your Direct Debit at any time, with no obligation, and will receive the remaining wines that your previous payment covers.

Delivery is only available to residents of the United Kingdom

If a pouch is damaged or spoiled in transit, or you believe a bottle of wine from Decanting Club is spoiled when opened, then we will replace it with the same wine or, if this is not possible, another wine of equal or greater value.

Occasionally a wine you order may go out of stock. If this is the case we will contact you to inform you of the potential delay or offer you an alternative wine of equal or greater value.

Claims for non-delivery must be made within one week of the dispatch date.

Any complaint is taken very seriously and we endeavour to respond to complaints as soon as possible.
